Registering for the PRS Meeting
The 2010 meeting of the Perinatal Research Society will be held September 24-26, 2010 at the Park Hyatt Beavercreek located in Avon, Colorado.

Registration includes weekend room and board at the conference rate for Friday and Saturday, daily resort fee, all meals and refreshment breaks, ground transportation to the 4 Eagle Ranch on Saturday and conference materials. The Hotel will not accept direct reservations from members; arrangements must be made through the PRS Office.

Payment Options:
Checks: Make Payable to the Perinatal Research Society in USD. There is no additional service fee associated with check payments.
Credit Cards: Payments made by credit card will incur a higher amount due in order to cover the credit card processing fee. |
Pre/Post Stay:
Members wishing to arrive early or extend their stay may receive the special rate of $216.67 per night for up to three days prior or post meeting. Rate includes the room, tax and resort fee. No meals are included with the pre/post stay. Please indicate pre/post stay dates on the registration form. This will be billed to your individual card card. Pre/post stay is based on room availablity. |
Weekend Meal Plan:
The meal plan is a package rate that includes Friday dinner and receiption, Saturday breakfast, lunch and meal with transportation to 4 Eagle Ranch and Sunday
breakfast. |
Children:
The family rate includes room and board for 2 adults and 2 children under 13 years old in the same room including the BBQ and transportation to 4 Eagle Ranch on Saturday. |
Golf:
Hyatt times are available daily by contacting the Destination Specialist at (970) 827-2833. |
Health Spa:
Complimentary usage of the Health Spa facilities are available September 24, 2010-September 26, 2010. Pre/post stay charges are at the normal admission fee. |
Parking:
The Park Hyatt only provides valet parking. The cost is $24 per day. |
Check-In:
To ensure that attendance is recorded and to receive meeting materials, please be sure to check in with the Society staff upon arrival.
