Meeting Cancelation Policy

Cancelation requests are your individual responsibility and must be received prior to the registration deadline (See Program and Registration page). Note we are still fully committed to paying the hotel even if your cancellations are received after that date.  For that reason we would first suggest you first consider sending a colleague or trainee in your place, and communicate the persons name to the society. 

All cancelation requests must be submitted via email directly to the PRS offices ( Cancelations requested by voicemail will not be accepted.

In your request, please include the following information:

Attendees Full Name

Email Address

Phone Number

Reason for Cancelation Request
